Karina Knighten oversees and manages the timeline, budget, key stakeholder and legal approvals, and delivery of files for large scale Nickelodeon brand and property events, including all event space branding and printed collateral for Kids' Choice Awards, Kids’ Choice Sports, and HALO Awards. Karina Knighten served as Editor-in-Chief of NFL Player Engagement (NFLPE) website including day-to-day management of creative design, editorial and video content, social media, contributors, production testing and web analytics. Karina also managed high-profile player programs (content, budget, marketing, communications, logistics, and admissions); including NFL Pro Hollywood Boot Camp, NFL Prep College Outreach Program, NFL Ambassadors Program, and NFL Rookie Symposium. Karina facilitated the training and onboarding of NFL Ambassadors to provide education across the league. During her tenure, Karina collaborated with NFL Events, Entertainment & Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations and Information Technology on numerous NFLPE programs and initiatives while supporting SVP and 4 of 32 NFL teams in daily operations and execution of League services.
